Dr. Holden spent his time completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Nicholls State University with a focus around rehabilitating and enhancing the performance of his athletes. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and work for The Joint for two years. Finally, Dr. Holden has started his business with his lovely wife and is ready to serve the community at his mom and pop chiro shop.
Dr. Holden has special interest in treating athlete’s biomechanical dysfunction, which entails treating the body as a whole. Treatment would include manipulation of the spine as well as the joints in the arms and legs when necessary. His treatments are based on restoring natural movement patterns to keep performance at the highest level. Dr. Holden has extra training from Palmer College in Cox Flexion Distraction, Gonstead and Graston techniques.
Spending time with his wife, being on the lake fishing, woodworking, and teaching patients how to care for themselves are all part of what makes Dr. Holden who he is. He is excited to learn about his patients and treat them with the highest possible standard of care.
